"On This Day... is a show full of nostalgia. Based on facebook memories and the Timehop app. We deep dive about everything that happened on the day of the show.
We learn about the historical and pop culture events that occurred on that day- the first TV show that first aired, what was invented, who married who.
We also learn about personal memories and stories according to the day- Why did I email my ex? Why did I take a photo of this toilet seat? Why did I post, ""Chocolate-covered salt! OMG"" ?
ON THIS DAY is about how each day is special to each and every one of us.

Kevin Allison is a writer and actor who has appeared on The State on MTV, Reno 911!, High Maintenance, and Flight of the Conchords. He has hosted the RISK! podcast since founding it 2009, and edited the book RISK! True Stories People Never Thought They'd Dare to Share. He is also the founder of the Story Studio, a workshop that helps teach storytelling skills within companies and organizations.
Joe Pera was born in Buffalo, New York, where he claims to be "familiar with the trees up there." Pera created the Adult Swim's Infomercial Joe Pera Talks You to Sleep. He has made an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers and has developed an Adult Swim television series, called Joe Pera Talks with You.
Aparna Nanchela is a comedian and actor. She plays Grace on Corporate and voices Hollyhock Manheim-Mannheim-Guerrero-Robinson-Zilberschlag-Hsung-Fonzerelli-McQuack on BoJack Horseman. She has appeared on Comedy Central, Conan, Inside Amy Schumer, and has written for Late Night with Seth Meyers and Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell. New York Times said that Nancherla "has become a comic in demand for her quirky, relatable and punchy humor."
Mary Houlihan is a comedian, writer, actor, animator, and artist living in Brooklyn. She creates and appears in comedy videos for many outlets including TruTV, IFC, Above Average, Funny Or Die, and others. She created videos as a staff writer/performer on Seriously.TV, most notably her viral interview humiliating Martin Shkreli. She created, wrote, animated, and starred in the Comedy Central hybrid live action-animation series “Learn To Paint! With Mary Houlihan,” which is available on her YouTube.
Joe Rumrill is a fictional one-eyed spinach-loving sailor created in 1929...Wait, no. Joe Rumrill is a stand-up comedian and writer from Brooklyn, New York. He’s the co-creator and co-host of both “Future Forms” a popular weirdo comedy showcase in Williamsburg, and Cartoon Monsoon, an UNeducational children’s variety show filled to bursting with puppets, animation and costumed characters at Union Hall. He was also the opening act for Chris Gethard's Beautiful/Anywhere Tour and appeared on the Chris Gethard Show.
Angel Yau is a comedian, storyteller and filmmaker from Queens, New York. She is a 2018 NBC/UCBT Diversity Scholar finalist. She started her comedy career (unintentionally) when she ran for her high school election. She has been featured on Joe Mande's Award-Winning Comedy Special- her first Netflix thing and the Funny or Die short film, Soojung Dreams of Fiji- her first Amazon thing! She is proudly part of the first ever all Asian, all female, musical sketch group, AzN PoP! She has stop-motion animation series on youtube where she explores her childhood in solitude, rejection and alienation.
Ross is a comedy writer and producer. He has created original content for NBC, Google, Funny or Die, College Humor, and BORT Comedy, where he serves as Creative Director. He enjoys making hip-hop music and Full House memes. To keep this life going re: money, he tries his best as an audio engineer and voiceover artist. He splits his time between sleeping and not sleeping in Brooklyn, NY.
