In honor of Randall's new book, the NYT #1 Bestselling How To: Absurd Scientific Advice for Common Real-World Problems, Gizmodo invites you to an event where we'll be solving YOUR real problems with terrible ideas.
After hearing from Zach and Randall, we'll break up into groups for a hackathon where you'll challenge each other to devise your own worst ideas before pitching them in a lightning round where the most absurd solutions win. That's right, you can pitch your own bad ideas to Randall Munroe!
Tickets include a copy of How To.
Doors 6:30 PM, show 7:00 PM.
Tickets $30 in advance, $35 at the door.
This event is mixed seated and standing room. Seats are first-come, first-served.
REFUND POLICY: Tickets may be refunded up to 24 hours before the event. Within 24 hours we may take exchanges for other events at our discretion. No refunds after the event.
